How many times have you set a goal but a few weeks (or days) later you fall off the wagon? I’m guilty of it more often that I would like to admit.
In this confessional video, I share one of my latest big fat failures – laziness when it comes to exercise. In the short term this isn’t a big deal, but I’ve let it go on way, way too long and it’s resulted in several pounds of weight gain and some pretty tight clothes. (And a major nosedive to my self-confidence!)
I’m so good at giving advice but sometimes I forget to take it myself. But no more excuses – time to kick myself back in gear!
